I would like to use some my recently acquired ....
Oh, how often we see this. All of you, please, pretty please do not "acquire" anything where no datasheet is attached. Even if the part is cheap it is wasted money if you ca not use it because no data available. Thomas, you can, of course, assume that the pinout is "standard SRAM" and guess/hope it match e.g. an ISSI 8k SRAM, but a wrong guess may cost you an uC. Anyhow 128k of ISSI 15ns SRAM cost $2,47, so why muck around with unknowns. Erik |
