Chipdir ... 4464, D4464, sram, 8k*8 SRAM*, NEC. 4464, TMS4464, dram*, 64k*4 DRAM, TI. 4464, tms4464-10nl, dram*, dram* 64k*4 100ns, TI... It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that these are all equivalent 64 kbit SRAMs configured as 8Kx8 in equivalent 28-pin packages. Anyone familiar with DRAMs of that era will recognize that a DRAM requires fewer pins, thereby allowing you to make the distinction. One thing you can try is simply to assume the obvious. Since SRAM vendors wanted to sell into the same market, they typically used the same pinout. There are, of course, risks associated with making assumptions. 28-pin 32Kx8 SRAMs with 10ns access time from chip-select cost $0.85 in modest quantity last time I ordered them, BTW. |
