From the video you attached, I can see this feed back control system shows unstable oscillation. The // of caps with the input sensors may do no help because the oscillation should not came from the noise or anythings else that from the input sensors. The system itself is not stable, why?? I think you should better read some texts or books on feedback control system (such as Automatic Control Systems by KUO). Well don't forget the servo motors, as those are L/R and C system that create great shift in the jw of the S plane. Well it is time for you to sit down and read books!!
