You MUST declare v and w and k as vectors (arrays) first.

You should also note, that TEA encrypts a 64-bit block using a 128-bit key (so v/w is 2xlongint and k is 4x).

It's just an another example of crappyness of C which allows indexing of scalar variables.

To include asm files into C program, please read the appropriate chapter in Keil's C helpfile (it's title is "Interfacing C Programs to Assembler"). I don't C.
