All terminal emulators I have tried for receiving larger amounts of data (including teraterm, which is in other respects a great piece) got flooded when I tried to fire the data at continouos 115200 baud.
The only one which worked for me was http://realterm.sourceforge.net . Slightly funky interface but works. Beware, it is good for receiving, but if transmitting, it misses all 0x1A-s... it's even in the documentation, so it is not a bug, but a feature :-)

[Edited]: Now I see there is a newer version and in the bug tracker the 0x1A problem is marked as closed, so it's time to upgrade perhaps...
