Hello Prahlad,

But now I had a very bad experience with PHILIPS.

Please dont loose heart, I have always had a positive experience with Philips devices and their local dealer support.

Even though their feature list was misleading, as Andy mentions, I think one has to study their data sheet and the user manual reasonably before placing evaulation orders.
