I agree with BOTH of you, but it is the role of friends to make sure that you know what you are letting yourself in for. I have "learned" far too much from projects I wish I'd never got involved in, with the benefit of my perfect hindsight....

Mehdi,
1.) Make sure you have enough slack in the schedule for you to make mistakes and correct them.
2.) Don't get bullied into a stupid deadline.
3.) Make sure the money is realistic - I have no idea what the going rate in Iran is, but impress your clients with your experience with the call manager unit.
4.) Never, ever ship a unit until you know it works RIGHT.

...and I have violated all 4 of those "rules"
