Craig, is it possible to restore his web pages to keep the 8052 history intact? I always wondered about that -- the "ownership", the "licensing" (or not), etc. of User Page stuff (note: not Forum content). While it's available at the user's discretion and without explicit licensing terms (as was M. Karas' content), does its original publishing make it "public domain"? |
