The era of kitchen table programmers is long past, so who is "old-fashioned with outmoded ideas"

If you would take the time to actually read what I posted, I posted "how are you going to verify that the programming is fully charged" and if it is an "outmoded idea" to verify that what you do is correct, then I worry about the future.
