#104820 - What are we talking about ?
Responding to: ???'s previous message
No one here is so stupid to expect that with a couple of TTL chips can get a complete and universal debugging tool !? We are talking about a kind of inexpensive development board, where you can test many things that no simulator can. Like interrupts, or other specially critical parts, which, for the purpose of development and debugging can stand outside. The whole program can be placed in external RAM, then it is easy to debug and download many times. I assure you, when you find the bug in the externally placed program, it is also fixed for the internally stored ! "Modern design" that you mention has nothing to do with placing and debugging the programs.

If you in such a way can't debug more than 1%, well there are some, including myself, who score much better !

Regards, Slobodan
