#119434 - AT89C51SND1C to NAND Flash |
I want to interfacee NAND Flash to AT89C51SND1C, butt I am very short with pins of mcu.
I also need external RAM (I will use it). I have to use Nand Flash rather than SPI flash because my application needs at least 64MB of Flash. I am interested could I use PO and P1 for RAM and for Flash simultaneously. I would be very grateful If you could send me some schematic where we could I see interface with minimum needed configuration to NAND Flash. Also any kind of explanation is grateful. |
