is the nand flash 8 bits wide is the andn flash 'directly addressable [a0 - a25) does the nand flash have a !WE and a !RD (or !OE) pin 64MB is 'B' byte or bit? how about a link to the datasheet of the one you want to use. How much flash do you need, I interface the SST39VF1681 2Mbyte without any problems. Erik |
