I am interested could I use PO and P1 for RAM and for Flash simultaneously.
1) what does P1 have to do with memory addressing, does your derivative have a ALE latch saver or some such thing? 2) you can attach as many forms of memory to your '51 as you want as long as they have the same interface. I would be very grateful If you could send me some schematic where we could I see interface with minimum needed configuration to NAND Flash. NOBODY can do that, there is no such thing as "NAND Flash", there are such things as "the Acme PQX4711 nand flash" You must be specific. Erik |
