there are others http://www.keil.com/dd/search_parm.asp all my 668 stuff is slowly migrating to SILabs f12x/f13x because of a need for speed. Even if you do not need the speed SILabs has offerings, but as a search in the Keil device dayabase will show there are quite a few brands and derivatives. Do not waste time on the Dallas listings you will see, they are the 'secure micro' i.e. the RAM is not data RAM. Erik |
