Quasi-Bidirectional it is. I changed the Columns to open-drain with pull-ups, and what do you know. Not only did it work, it fixed the one problem I had left with my key scan routines, where the micro would hang on the release of a certain button for no apparent reason. I don't know why it fixed it, but it did. Anyway, Thanks for the help.
