Thanks, that makes sense now.

The reason that I added the acall delay_ms was to debounce the switch. However, I would rather do that in hardware with some of these schmitt triggers I found lying around. Anyone have a good, simple debouncing circuit?

Also, what is the benefit of dividing TL0 by 2?
