if the above comment has ANY benefit to the reader, the reader should not be reading the code! Such comments are a typical example of desperately trying to find something to write as a comment on each line. all this stuff would be so much better served by a title comment: ;complement A 700 times and the line comments left out. now I wonder, why would you complement the acc 700 times, the result is the same.
