#129452 - case in point
Responding to: ???'s previous message
But in my experience the entire probe is suffering a lot from daily use.
A techie asked for a scope for a field repair. No 'clipped" probes were available, we got two overninght from digi and sent the techie on his way. Two days later he came back with 2 probes without any clips. No, I did not harrass him for this, I know how busy/confusing it can be at a customer site, but if I had a supplier with "accessaory kits" I would sing that suppliers praise.

Now, Kai, I will give you this: I would never even consider buying a used probe for myself or the company.

Erik

PS our field techies work in public buses and if a clip is left for minutes it is GONE. Typically a fixed bus will leave the yard immediately after the signs are repaired.

Our field scopes are Tektronix 720s (rechargable battery operated)
