#131733 - memory test |
Hi Guys,
I received a bunch of Um61256 (28 pin small 32k static RAM). I want to use them in my AT89S8252 systems instead of the C62C518256 (28 pin wide 32k static RAM). I made a conversion socket en tested it. It works: I write 00 55 AA and FF to all locations and read them back. No problem. My question van I rely on this test or do I need a more sofisticated test. I found some tests in C. I'm looking for a ASM version. Have a nice day Robert |
