Nowadays you can simply use Flash Device types, its a lot more easy then your board.

A couple of years ago I developed a simple Eprom / EEprom simualtor based on 8x51 stuff. I can pass you over all the sourcecode. Its working with a simple bootloader and a WIN Software.

I don't use it any longer because Flash devices are much more comfortable.
