My kit is using 20MHz. Sorry,I had remove the Jungo and Flip software from my PC.

I will only tell you from what I can recall. Evertime I open the flip. I have to set the HEX format to HEX86 from the setting menu.

Not sure for the Device. I think you have to manual select it. The communication port as well.

Make sure it is not the demo mode.
