#136901 - sure, if you have all the time in the world Responding to: ???'s previous message |
you can make old architecure of TOKEN Ring.
In very few apps that MAY be a solution. However, I have found that ANY 'solution' that consume unneeded 'immediate' processor time will come back and bite you in a fleshy muscle some day. What so often puzzles me is that when discussing a microcontroller (the '51) which, by definitiaon, control things, so many suggestions come up that totally ignore the time it takes to execute said suggestions. That such suggestions come up is one thing, but that they come up with no warning "this may not work for time critical apps" is, in my opinion, "false advertising" Erik |
