The purpose of my experiment is to use a byte outside bit addressable area and use the 8 bits of a byte.
The manual and/or "the bible" clearly states that only SFRs, and 20h to 2fh can be bit addressed. Jon states the only way you can access bits in any other byte. you'll have to use masks, ANLs and ORLs Erik |
