#140038 - Run signals frequency...
Responding to: ???'s previous message

Russell!
I observed the machine. As we have 12 singles,I observed machine and find that any one run single may rise twice in a minutes. or in worst case it may rise trice in minutes. and maximum frequecy of Run signal can be 40 time in an hours (in worst case)
I am using schmitt for all the run singles,so it may help to resolve issue of noise a bit better.

while serial interrupt may rise 20 time in a minutes (after 5 seconds).
I am concerned and worried about this,How to calculate everything accurately. As Micheal Karas wrote program, which detect the changes in singles and count them in 16 bit counter array.Basically I am trying bring a solution where I am sure that no pulse should gone without being noticed.

PLC, I never worked in PLC. and there is as many as 30 Machines for which i have to make solution. All 30 machines located at different sites, it mean 30PLC. hmmm:)
