#140052 - PLC can be dirt cheap
Responding to: ???'s previous message
PLC, I never worked in PLC. and there is as many as 30 Machines for which i have to make solution. All 30 machines located at different sites, it mean 30PLC. hmmm:)

Have a look at e.g. Keyence.

When looking for a PLC do not be confused by the stuff named a PLC that is not one I can hardly count how much such stuff I have seen. The advantage of using a 'ready made' PLC from a known manufacturer is that you will know that it can withstand the industrial environment e.g. EMI.

It may be that your application is better handled by a dedicated design, the above is NOT to say "do not do so" just to enlighten you on the possible advantages of using a PLC.

Check one thing: are your customers familiar with programming ladder logic (most industrial plants will have one or more such person(s)), if so, you can save a bunch of headaches and money in maintenance by using a PLC. DO remember that for a product like what you propose much of the cost to you comes AFTER you have delivered.
