#145073 - what is on XTAL2 ?
Responding to: ???'s previous message
One thing that i have noticed is that at Xtal1 the waveform is very attenuated(almost 10mv peak to peak) both with and without capacitors(22pf each) on Xtal1 and Xtal2.I am using a quartz crystal of 8Mhz(tried 11.0592 Mhz also).Should it be like that?
Xtal1 is the input and thus the signal level can be whatever the chip designer wants, Xtal2 is the output and must thus swing as stated.
