#145076 - Re:What is on Xtal2
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Quartz crystal is connected according to the datasheet. It is across xtal1 and xtal2 with two capacitors of 22pf on each xtal1 and xtal2 and other terminal is grounded.
I have read in Predko book "Handbook of microcontrollers" that if you get attenuated output this might be due to large capacitors so i tried with even no capacitors which as far as i know will only make waveform less stable.
Hence attenuation is still not understood?
