besides the obvious (missing connections, shorts etc)
1) is the crystal and the burden caps connected with less than 0.5" traces? 2) is there a 10-100 nF cap DIRECTLY between vcc and gnd pins? 3) is Vcc the specified value all the time (use scope) You are doing this "does the oscillator run" stuff with the "programmer" disconnected, I hope. Erik |
