I tried that when I disabled the search function and it indeed works very well. I'm seriously thinking of replacing the search functionality with something based around this.

The results won't, of course, be up-to-the minute...


I was actually surprised how up-to-the-minute it was. It obviously isn't up to the minute but some very preliminary testing suggested it was only a few hours behind. Pretty impressive, really.
