The OP probably does not have English as his first language.

Many 8051 users have problems with LCD modules. Of course I do not know the OP's specific LCD.

However if the check points that I listed are addressed, the OP and others can answer the problem themselves.

If my assumptions are wrong the OP is better equipped to reply.
