Thank to all professional for your valid command.

I worked with nitgen model in that they used 400mhz processor.
In that they store the finger print(template) in some short of byte like 1k .but some other manufacture only 250 to 350 bytes.i don't know what they are doing in his algaritham but that model will take only less than one minute for a scan+result.
Real time it operation is good.
From that i confused which microcontrller i choose for my finger print project.
From that model i got idea.That large memory is not impartant for fingerprint project.The analyse technic (algaritham) is need.If we got that algaritham.We able to work on fingerprint oriented project.

If any suggestion welcome
