#153881 - I would like you to show me how you can do better
Responding to: ???'s previous message
.. than a SIlabs test board. What would you change? the soldering method? the solder mask? the solder?

That SILabs does not guarantee the boards I understand perfectly, I would not guarantee ANYTHING that was to be used for development. SILabs or made here, I guess we 'burn' a development board once a month. Protoboards lead a hard life.

The boards we have contract manufactured comes with no other guarantee than "workmanship defects will be corrected". I am positive that if you got a SILabs devboard that did not work "out of the box" they would replace it. Once you have accidentially shorted something, tha is another issue.

What all this comes down to is that I see the SILabs boards manufactured as well as our own boards.
