There are plenty of issues ,other than ADC noise, without which proper certification for the product couldnt be achieved one such is vibration fatigue . If you plan to use a test board for non serious applications its OK , for more demanding move to custom design
E.g. the SILabs boards are better built than many "custom designs" I have seen (including some cellphones), the same goes for the Phytecs. I would not claim (and am not going to waste time on a thorough investigation) that the boards we build are any better built than the SILabs. Stating that because a board is named "development board" or "test board" makes it unsuitable for production is pure unadulterated male cow manure. a rose is a rose, is a rose the reason - and thje only rason - to use a custom board is the 'feature set' as Andy already posted.
