If you need 100Mb mayby use CFcard. If you stil want to use SDRAM or SIMM you should refer to german Elektor beginning '90 an articelseries that was called Mb printerbuffer maby I could find it again if you request, but it would take some time to get the right one out of 200.
The second is in there is the plan but not the program. And I can remember that they did need changes after to get it work.
