Here are the answers: 1. I want to use the Atmel 89C51 or 89C52 microcontroller, but I dont know what SDRAM controller to use. 2. The micro can be supplied from3.3V too, but 5V is better.... 3. The memory neednt be full speed. Storing and reading can be driven by software sequention. 4. The 8 bit Bus width is enough. 5. The implementation is still open. Thank you for your help.... Bye.... |
