Circuit Cellar December 2000 issue has a reasonable article on an embedded SDRAM controller. I looked @ SDRAM myself, but decided to use CompactFlash instead. You may need to consider Write/Erase Endurance tho' (eg Hitachi quote 300,000 cycles) regards, Allan Coyne |
