#155352 - Why would anyone call you crazy ? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
When you are doing it for fun and not hoping to port the code on to the Mars Rover ?!!
Same thing with me. There is no commerial angle to it - I am the producer ; I am the consumer and what goes in between is pure fun. Just give me a day or two and I will post the "C" code as I have stopped doing assembly. ( Incidentally C to Assembly is reversible and the reverse is next to impossible. Once you get used to the comfort of C, then an assembly code looks quite tough ! And before someone hurls the paper weight at me - let me assure : Assembly IS powerful and has its place ) Just a point I noticed : With a 11.06 MHz crystal, do you really need all those NOP cycles ? The DS12887 has almost all of its timings with a minimum value in ns. Will revert... Raghu |
