I trying to make a lamp Dimmer controlled by a Atmel 20C51 , the philosophy of my project is to start the Timer after a zero crossing detection on EX0 interrupt are detected , after this the timer will count some time and them after timer interruption turn on the Triac will be turned on, drived by a opto diac., when a EX0 interrupt occur again, the service routine will turn off the triac and reload and restart the timer.
For control will be implemented 2 buttons in order to increment or decrement lighting lamp at a determined maxim or minim value.
I did it, but its not worked properly, the microcontroller not read the buttons, and the output in TRIAC , its only 1.1VAC
I´m working whit timer 0 in mode 0 and changing the preescaler value in according whit a table in order to increment or decrement lighting level.
I thinking that the problem are the times value off timer interruption, but, I couldn’t solve it.
Could someone help me whit this problem ?
