I measuring 1.1VAC in terminal MT2 and AC line whit a meter in the AC scale, but no load are connected on the Triac.

You won't get a meaningful reading without the load connected!

Without a load, there is no voltage across the triac for the meter to measure!
The triac doesn't generate any voltage - it just switches it!
(actually, it switches current).
