After a lot of days frying my self,:-) the dimmer is fully working properly now.
There were two mistakes:
The first, I was measuring voltage in Triac without a load, and the second was the timer reload.
But the question about RFI, I confess that I’m not thinking yet. Could you give names of same GTO cheap and very easy to find? Where can I find information about it? Some site or file?
