This project seemed to be very simple, but in reality it turned out to be very complex for I had unexpected problems from all parties involoved in the project, my LEDs had problems at customs, everybody was late on this project which put me under a huge pressure. But I gained very good practical experience with project management although I had theoritical project management knowledge from my previous work.
