Good point!.
What can be brighter than a sun on earth? . If the sun is above his panel and directly into the eyes of the user what LED brightness would do is a question.

One way to get rid of this discomfort would be to place the panel in such a way that the sun doesnt shines directly into the eyes for the users from the rear of the panel.
