#21349 - RAM with multiplexed input |
I'm looking for a small RAM (256 bytes) that could be used directly with an 8751 without needing an external latch ie: it would accept the ALE signal as well as the read and write signals from the 8751. I saw another thread saying "You may use some chips that have built in multiplexed bus input with ALE input, but not
recommended as non-std devices." but I would still like to know what those are, please give part numbers that I can look up. Thanks! |
