Hi!
1, The chip no. is 8155 and 8156 containing multiplixed controls with ALE etc. It has 256x8 RAM, built in 3 ports and 14-bit timer. 2, If your application does not requires fast access and no extra ports and timer are required. Then you can use any RAM and connect it to serial to parallel to serial shift register and using 3 or more pins of MCU for interface. |
