i don't know.but i had couple of Gujrati students.my section does work in Geiger-Muller counters.but ours is not the only section.as for Chirag i don't know him.but if has worked in electronics division(ED) i must have seen him.my students were Mr.Shailesh and Ms.Krishna.they probably know chirag.all that gang used to be together.

as for sticking out longer i have completed 2years with BARC.i KNOW all about you say.
hey! these promotion trends are seen everywhere.i am sure you must have read or heard about "Dilbert".the creator Scott Adams has come of with a wonderful book called "Dilbert's Principle".just have a glance and you will admitt that this phenomenon is not localized to either government and/or indian organization.
