BTW, since you underwent a grilling interview for BARC, maybe you could give us a few hints about what they asked, and how they evaluated you. Did they focus on theory more or the practical? Was it pure electronics or did they delve into other disciplines too? Do let us know...

I'd be VERY interested in working for a research organization, since as far as I've seen the work going on there is usually far from mundane.
