I haven't seen "electronic targets" for real firearms. What calibre are we talking here ?
Good question I forgot to ask I realy don't know how the existing electronic targets work but i trained on them when i was at air force using M16. I don't think they used image processing, and I don't know how it realy works, this is why i'm looking for ready made ones that give me x and y positions. Unless of course they can be built easily. How about making two plates of something like leafs or special type of sponges and put infrared leds at the bottom and to the right in the dark area between the plates, while putting sensors opposite each led, when the bullet penetrates the plates it crosses the ir lines and the exact position will be known?
