I want automatic scoring and X beeing drawn on the picture of the target on the shooters screen as well as the control center screen.
I will do also lots of fancy calculations like standard deviation and statistical analysis, progress report etc... you name it.
I need to draw block diagram of the system first calculate approaximate costs and time scales then arrange with a company the financials before i proceed further and go for the tender.
I hate it when i work part time on intresting projects like this, in 2 yrs time my full time contract will end and i will be doing full time intresting projects.
