The problem is to select the correct value of capacitors to have your crystal oscillate atthe required 11.0592 MHz.
the size of the caps is in the datasheet, if not refer to the "bible". I have not seen the size of the caps being that important (once on a weekend used 47pF temporarily instead of the 33pF recommended).
I think your problem is that you have got an overtone or 3rd harmonic crystal, those are virtually unusable with the '51. I think to remember that Peter made it work once and said "nevermore" after the excersize.
