The program called EVE is quite a nice one to try and make flowcharts; its free; it comes with a good manual ; and its very small in size;

I myself have downloaded the exe presented in a zip form, but have not been able to use it extensively as I use AutoCAD for most drawings. But EVE is worth trying.
